I don't often weigh myself, because I get way too wrapped up in the number and freak out if it's a number I don't like. However, I understand that it's a good thing to weigh yourself now and then to make sure your weight is going in the right direction. Life Time Fitness will give you a free 7-day pass, one of which I am using now. I worked out Friday and Monday, a fitness yoga class and one class called 50/50...I think because it's supposed to be half cardio and half strength. Both classes were great.
